Setting of sentencing for Catherine Fode and hearing for restitution owed to Tyson Claros' family by Brandon Michell, Tamara Thomson and Hector Godoy- Standley was scheduled this morning.
Fode will be sentenced on October 15. Contested restitution hearing for all three is scheduled for November 13. Mr. Nims made a reference to all defendants in the case for the same hearing to be held that day to avoid multiple hearings.
Mitchell is represented by Ms. Andrea Sullivan, Thomson by Mr. David Nims, Godoy-Standley by Mr. Russ Clanton and Fode by Mr. Neal Sanders.
Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer is the prosecutor for the case.
