Someone left Public Health and City of Eureka a gift on the sidewalk

Took the photo earlier today. Fortunately, I pay attention when I walk. The streets of Eureka are like an obstacle course with needle litter, weeds, trash and more.



Glad to see more people camping outside Eureka City Hall. Eureka City Council, the Mayor and certain departments like Code Enforcement should share the experience of Eureka residents and businesses. Campers shouldn't discriminate against DHHS and the County. Let the elected officials and overpaid department heads hear directly from their "camper" constituents.
