Reimbursement of attorney fees requested in Loewenstein's recent filing against Councilmember Bergel

In July, Judge Kelly Neel denied Eureka Councilmember Kim Bergel's request for a restraining order against Cornelius Loewenstein.

On behalf Loewenstein, his attorney Mr. Arlie Capps filed documents last week. The paperwork is still being processed and I have a request in for the document.  The motion is for reimbursement for attorney fees. COVID 19 has added extra steps in viewing/obtaining files and documents.

  1. That's what filing fraudulent charges gets you. Bad PR and a hefty bill. Lol. #watermelons are not #needlelitter. And #hachr needs to go. And Kim Bergel should have the integrity to step down.
