Tracie Nichols was arraigned today on the case that is associated with the arrest of local attorney Michael Acosta.
Nichols is charged with HS11351, possession of drugs for sale and HS11364 (a) possession of drug paraphernalia. Trial setting is on October 28.
See previous post which includes a statement from Acosta. Since that press release, I have also done posts on everyone else that was arrested, in addition to Acosta and Sarah Carroll.
As I mentioned previously, I am not going to follow every other case and every hearing for all these other arrests.
