No court livestream for half an hour and once again, time wasted to find out information

Trial setting and hearing on three defense motions in Ray Christie's case was continued to this morning.

Courtroom 3 livestream has not been on all morning. It is now 9 a.m. I had two other courtrooms to cover and still kept checking every minute. Finally, was able to get information from Christie's attorney, Mr. John Cogorno that the hearing was continued to October 9 so the motions can be heard before Judge Christopher Wilson.

9:37 still no livestream in Courtroom 3. There were other cases on at 8:30 a.m.. What are the families and people affected by those cases supposed to do? Judge Lawrence Killoran is in Courtroom 5 right now, which may or may not explain Courtroom 3 but the average person does not know this information. 9:49 Judge Timothy Canning is dealing with a case.

One is a supplemental motion to clarify a discovery motion. The  motion to dismiss has to do with double jeopardy. There is another motion to unseal Exhibit 3 of the jury note.

Deputy District Attorney Steven Steward and Deputy DA David Moutrie are prosecutors for the case.

Mr. John Cogorno and Mr. Ken Bareilles are Christie's attorneys.
