If only all court hearings went this smoothly, especially during the pandemic

Trial assignment and defense motion to continue jury trial for convicted felon Robert Cullen was heard today. Jury trial scheduled for September 8 was vacated.

District Attorney Maggie Fleming notified the witnesses and  did not object to the motion to continue. Cullen entered a time waiver. Finding good cause, Judge Christopher Wilson granted the motion.

Trial confirmation is on February 8; jury trial is on February 22.

Cullen has a 2019 case and two 2017 VOP cases. In his most recent case, Cullen is charged with 14 counts.

Mr. Michael Acosta is Cullen's attorney.
