Pre trial and status of subpoenas for witnesses in Gary Cudney's jury trial was scheduled this morning.
The jury trial for April 27 was confirmed, pending witness availability. Trial confirmation is on April 13.
Cudney is charged with the death of Dwight Davis aka "Dirty Dave." Defense subpoenaed PG & E and Veteran's Administration for documents which have not been received by the Court.
Deputy District Attorney Steven Steward is the prosecutor for this case. Mr. Manny Daskal is Cudney's attorney.
