The Fred Loftus that the defense does not want you to know

These photos and comments were given to me to share by Fred Loftus' daughter.  Loftus is dead. He cannot speak. He cannot defend himself.

"Thank you for covering the trial against David Kobak. He shot and murdered his goof friend, my father Frederick Loftus. It is infuriating that the defense is trying to make Dave out to be such a helpless and feeble old man."

"He has selective memory that suits his side of the defense. My father was the one who made the mistake of trusting in someone he thought was his friend and he paid for that mistake with his life.He left behind a 10 year old grandson who misses him terribly."
