Note from jury or verdict in the David Kobak case?

Jury in the David Kobak case deliberated today from 9 a.m. to noon. Then resumed deliberations at 1 p.m. At 1:10, there was a note from the jury.

Judge Gregory Elvine-Kreis walked to Courtroom 1. Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm walked inside the closed courtroom at 1:15. Waiting for Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo. He just got here at 1:23 p.m.

It was a note. The courtroom was closed. Attorneys and Judge left at 1:34 p.m. Jury took a break at 2:45 p.m. There was another note from the jury in a closed courtroom. They left at 4:15. Jury to return at 10 a.m. on February 3.
