Judge and attorneys discuss possible resolution the day jury trial was supposed to start for murder suspect David Kobak


Motions in limine for murder suspect David Kobak's jury trial were scheduled for January 13. Judge Gregory Elvine-Kreis met with Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm and Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo privately and discussed possible resolution off record.

Jury trial was continued to this morning. Attorneys were discussing defense expert's opinion on alcohol toxicity and how alcohol affects the metabolism of an older man.
There was no resolution and jury selection started this afternoon.
