Attorney Michael Avenatti was arrested outside the State Bar Court by Internal Revenue Service agents this evening during a break in a disciplinary hearing.
The arrest warrant is sealed. Some media outlets are reporting that Avenatti was taken into custody for allegedly violating terms of his release on bail.
Ordered held without bail too!
