Albert Durant Kress Sr. was arrested by Eureka Police Department in March for the murder of Raymond Prudhomme.
Today, there was a pre trial hearing; another hearing was scheduled for March 9; trial confirmation is on April 27 and jury trial has been rescheduled to May 11.
Autopsy report is needed. Defense has applied for funding.
