Should the public be grateful that Karen Ritter's drunkeness didn't cause a collision this time?

Karen Lynn Ritter was arrested by Rio Dell Police Department yesterday for public intoxication.She matched her record for two arrests this year.

She was released on OR, 13 hours later, on December 4.


Previous arrests for DUI, violation of protective order and being involved in a traffic collision.
