Arraignment for Rita Pimentel and her son Robert Lopez-Fregoso is scheduled for December 10 for a 2019 case. Her son is charged with one count of worker's compensation fraud and one count of failure to secure worker's compensation insurance.
Rita is only charged with one count failure to secure worker's compensation insurance. She is being represented by Mr. David Nims.
Arrest warrant (identifying information such as DOB, address, license has been removed by me) and complaint below.
