Dates set for Maxx Robison's jury trial but could change due to defense expert availability

Trial setting for murder suspect Maxx Robison was scheduled this morning. At the last hearing, Robison's attorney, Mr. Russ Clanton said  the defense is still trying to get a new line of sight expert. That was stated again, today.

At request of Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees, dates were set. Jury trial is scheduled for March 9. Trial confirmation for February 24. A pre trial is scheduled on October 3 to confirm expert availability. Ms. Sara Zalkin appeared in court for Mr. Clanton.

Mr. Rees pointed out this is the 3rd or 4th continuance requested for a line of sight expert.

Robison is charged with the murder of Rhianna McKenzie and attempted murder of Elisha Mansell.
