Maziar Eshghipour preliminary hearing scheduled for December 16

Arraignment on the third amended complaint and setting of preliminary hearing for Maziar Esghipour was continued to this morning.



Eshghipour was present with Mr. Patrik Griego. Intervention is November 19. Preliminary hearing is December 16.

Deputy District Attorney Tobias Hasler is the prosecutor for this case. Eshghipour's attorneys are Mr. Greg Rael and  Mr. Griego.

The arraignment has been continued several times. Third amended complaint has five felonies. Defense reserves right to demurrer.
