The Brian Leiteritz case is another local tragedy with a lot of personal drama, who is dating who and overlapping cases in the court system. The only thing missing from Chopper aka Terrance Ford's testimony is the sharing of peppermint schnapps.

Just like the David Lawson case and the Brandon Brocious case, a manipulative woman is free but one man is dead and another sits in jail. A death for items that can be replaced.
In the Lawson case, it was a lost cell phone; in the Brocious case a phone and belongings. According today's testimony in the Leiteritz case, Alicia Rose wanted some of her belongings.
Why didn't the District Attorney just dismiss the case against Leiteritz and leave the option open to refile in the future? Ford's testimony today was very damaging. I feel for Deputy District Attorney Steven Steward.
He has one witness MIA and another witness out of control. Jane Doe in the Brocious case was a teen; I have never seen an adult witness behave like Terrance Ford today. Storming out of the courtroom, screaming, talking over the attorneys and Judge.
Let's hope the DA did not give Ford immunity for his testimony.
