A plea for one co defendant and ongoing issue about whether there were Miranda violations regarding the other suspects

A four hour preliminary hearing with two codefendants started today but was continued to December 11 to address a legal/procedural issue before recommencing.  

There has been an ongoing issue regarding whether there were Miranda violations in the interviews of defendants by law enforcement. 

A third co-defendant entered a plea before the preliminary hearing.  Davon Johnson's attorney was Ms. Christina Allbright.

Perrion Burnett's attorney is Ms. Andrea Sullivan. Rquan Broadway's attorney is Mr. Ben Okin.

Ms. Sullivan requested to reconvene at later date so the court could review the recorded interviews.  DA and Mr. Okin DA did not object to that requested continuance.
