Chad Smith has been in jail 841 days. This morning, subpoenaed documents from DMV requested by the defense were given to Smith's attorney, Ms. Andrea Sullivan.
At first, Smith wanted to withdraw his time waiver. After speaking with Ms. Sullivan, he decided not to pull his Chadanigans.
Trial confirmation is on 11/8/19; jury trial is scheduled for 11/18/19. After two mistrials; this is the third jury trial.
