Murder suspect Zachary Harrison's jury trial was scheduled to start September 16. Time estimate is 4 weeks. Proposed long form questionnaire has been approved.
Jurors will start filling out questionnaires on September 16 but the trial is now scheduled to start on September 23.
Harrison is charged with murder of Robert Holtsclaw. Special allegation is personal and intentional discharge of a firearm, a rifle, causing great bodily injury and death to Holtsclaw.
The prosecutor for the case is Deputy District Attorney A.J. Kamada. Harrison's attorney is Deputy Public Defender Brie Bennett.
