Setting of preliminary hearing was scheduled today for murder suspect Daniella Moore. It was continued to November 25 at defense request.
Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm was present for the People. Deputy Public Defender Ben McLaughlin is Moore's attorney.
Victim is Hannah Elizabeth Hayhurst.
