Deputy District Attorney Steven Steward and Mr. Michael Robinson just went in to meet with Judge Miles before couet resumes this afternoon for the Brian Leiteritz preliminary hearing. HCSO Investigator Scott Hicks and HCSO Deputy Eric Losey went in with the attorneys.
I heard the attorneys say something about a dismissal. However, when court opened, Deputy Losey is back on the stand.
So is it an ongoing joke between the two attorneys or will the defense follow through on the plan to ask for a dismissal at close of evidence?
