(Leiteritz)
At 11 a.m., the preliminary hearing for murder suspect Brian Leiteritz would have started but a female witness who had been subpoenaed did not show up. That witness was Alicia Rose.
If that sounds familiar, Rose has been a no show for court in the restraining order case filed against her by Leiteritz. She Leiteritz's ex and was in a relationship with the victim, Dylon Liakos.
Retired Judge Marilyn Miles instructed Deputy District Attorney Steven Steward to follow up regarding the female witness and court is in recess until 1:30.
Another People's witness, Terence Ford was ordered to come back at 1:30. HCSO Investigator Hicks was in court earlier for the Leiteritz case.
