Further trial setting was scheduled on September 19 for robbery and murder suspect Richard Dean. His third case for battery on a custodial officer was scheduled for disposition/reset this morning but it is trailing the other cases.
Victim in the homicide case is Anthony Pennucci. Trial confirmation is March 12. Jury trial is March 23. Time estimate 4 to 6 weeks.
Discovery issue resolved. Maybe issue with retesting of fingernail scrapings and expert availability but both sides ready to proceed.
