Alleged molestor Patrick Marshall had a OR bail/Supervised Release hearing on September 3. Probation filed supervised release report on September 3. Marshall is charged with two counts of unlawful sexual intercourse in violation of PC 261.5 (d) and one count of distributing or showing pornography to a minor in violation of PC 288.2 (a) (2). All charges are felonies.
Judge Timothy Canning denied both OR and supervised release. Intervention is on 9/9. Preliminary 9/11.
Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo is Marshall's attorney.
