Statewide BOLO issued for Guadalupe Lopez-Herrera, every hour until located or 48 hours have passed. Suspect in officer involved shooting.
This was just broadcast a few minutes ago. Sounded like CHP dispatch.
The photo and information below was released by Merced County shortly after the shootout.
The Merced County deputy was shot in the chest just before 3:30 p.m. in the Dos Palos area and sustained non-life threatening injuries. He was transported to a local hospital for treatment. The Merced County Sheriff’s Office, CHP, Los Banos Police Department, and Dos Palos Police Department are currently on a man hunt for the suspect identified as 51 year old Guadalupe Lopez-Herrera.
Lopez-Herrera was last seen driving a white 2013 GMC Sierra crew cab with California license plate number 25599H1.
