Three years later, Clayton Lasinski's jury trial still pending

Trial confirmation was scheduled today for Clayton Lasinski, the man Lasinski who made law enforcement chase him through Eureka during rush hour, after fleeing from a traffic stop. Jury trial scheduled for May 20 was vacated. Instead setting for jury trial is scheduled on that day.



With Mr. David Lee's retirement and Mr. Joe Judge leaving the Conflict Counsel's office, this was to be expected as another attorney has to take the case over.
