State Attorney General files motion in alleged molestor James Hearn's case



Intervention was scheduled for alleged molestor James Hearn on May 9. A motion by the State Attorney General requesting a court order restricting Hearn's license is set for May 13.

Preliminary hearing  scheduled for May 13 was confirmed. Time estimate is three hours.

  1. Can you tell us your opinion on what this means? Why the SAG would be involved and the reason for restricting his license? To what end? Any information you could give us on what any of this means would be very much appreciated.

    1. Thanks for your question. The case is on Monday and there will be an update on whatever facts and information is provided to the public. In this post, you have the facts currently available to anyone who can access the court system and public records.
