Intervention was scheduled for alleged molestor James Hearn on May 9. A motion by the State Attorney General requesting a court order restricting Hearn's license is set for May 13.
Preliminary hearing scheduled for May 13 was confirmed. Time estimate is three hours.

Can you tell us your opinion on what this means? Why the SAG would be involved and the reason for restricting his license? To what end? Any information you could give us on what any of this means would be very much appreciated.
