In camera hearing on Pitchess motion for Kailan Meserve's writ of habeas corpus petition

There was a Pitchess motion for Kailan Meserve's writ of habeas corpus petition.
There was an in camera hearing. I have been checking on the case from time to time.

Deputy County Counsel Natalie Duke was in court today.

Meserve is the petitioner, David Davey is the Respondent and the People are the real party of interest in a writ of habeaus corpus.

From Shouse law.com :"In California, anyone who is in prison, or otherwise restrained in some way by the criminal justice system, can bring a writ of habeas corpus petition to challenge their imprisonment."

"A California "Pitchess motion' is a defendant's request for information contained in a law enforcement officer's personnel file."

No minutes are visible in the case.I have sent an inquiry to court administration to askwhy.
