In camera hearing, jury voir dire and other documents requested for Jon Goldberg's motion for anew trial



Today, extension of time to file apellant's opening brief in People v Jon Goldberg was requested. In camera hearing, jury voir dire and other documents have been requested by Goldberg's attorney for his motion for a new trial.



The extension of time was granted on 5/10.

In March last year  Jon Goldberg was found guilty of the lesser charge of second degree murder. The charge was first degree murder. Victim Tim Smith. He was found not guilty on Count 2 assaualt with a firearm and and Count 3 exhibiting a firearm. Alleged victim for Count 3 was Rachel Goldberg.
