Second continuance by defense pushes Gary Landergen's jury trial into next year

 

At trial confirmation yesterday, defense requested a second continuance for alleged molestor Gary Landergen's jury trial. Conflict Counsel Supervising Attorney Meagan O'Connell has appeared on the case for the last few hearings.

The 11/6 date was vacated. Trial confirmation rescheduled for 3/11/24; jury trial 3/25/24.

3/11: Trial confirmed. 2 week time estimate.Trial assignment on 3/22.
