In July, I was the first to report that less than a year into the job Sequoia Park Zoo Foundation Executive Director David Reed had left his position for family reasons. The Foundation's search resulted in over 30 nationwide and internal applications.
The Foundation has made a choice. Before they can announce the name or a start date, there is a process with the City of Eureka. Foundation President Michale Dearden is the Interim Executive Director.
When the official announcement is made, I will add it to this post.
