Yesterday, the in camera hearing for homicide suspect Destinee Rhamy's behavioral health records was continued to 11/7. Rhamy was arraigned yesterday; OR & supervised release was denied without prejudice. As I previously reported, her bail was reduced from $750,000 to $130,000. Defense is seeking mental health diversion.
Trial confirmation is scheduled for 11/27; jury trial on 12/4.
11/7: In camera behavioral health records
to be turned over at trial, arguments held regarding discovery. Rhamy posted bail and was released from custody.
11/27: Trial confirmation continued by defense. People request written motion.
12/6: Pre trial taken off calendar because no witnesses present.
4/3/24: Trial confirmation continued by stipulation to 4/25; motions in limine and jury trial on 5/6. Time estimate 15 to 30 days.
