John Chiv: Eureka Housing For All: " judicial intervention, requested herein, is required to 'jealously guard' the right of the City voters"

Mike Munson and Michelle Costantine-Blackwell, proponents of the City of Eureka Housing for All and Downtown Vitality Initiative and lawsuit against the City of Eureka and are also part of Citizens for a Better Eureka and named in at least one of the four CEQA petitions filed by CBE against the City of Eureka.

I already mentioned the typos in the Eureka Housing for All petition in my last post on October 17. On page 2, of that complaint : judicial intervention, requested herein, is required to "jealously guard" the right of the City voters. There are still no future dates listed. A previously scheduled Case Management Conference was for 2/16/24 was vacated. In the first two petitions, CBE filed a request on 10/13 for hearing on merits.

I am not going to summarize every development in these 5 lawsuits for every post, especially since most of it is included in previous coverage. Read this blog daily and frequently like most of my readers. Unlike the lawyers for EHA and CBE, I don't get paid to waste time nor do I have the luxury to squander hours.
