I just did a post on October 12 on the lawsuit filed by the County of Humboldt against former Deputy Counsel Cathie Childs. The other defendant was local attorney Ms. Cyndy Day-Wilson. On October 13, the County dismissed their case without prejudice against Ms. Day-Wilson who was represented by Mr. Dustin Owens.
11/6: Matter to quash off calendar. Judge Kreis to isdue ruling on motion to strike and preliminary injunction
