Mazzottis are no shows in court and owe Wallace and Hinz $49, 228.29

Joe Mazotti did not appear for his court trial on October 4 in the lawsuit filed against Wallace and Hinz and lost bigly. The court minutes were not available until yesterday

I did a post on October 19. Joe who had been missing in action did appear via Zoom on October 20 in the second lawsuit filed against him by Itria Ventures LLC.

Joe has a lot of time to waste these days. He has spent a lot of my time harassing me in the last few days, repeatedly spewing vitriol and wasting spam. Did he spend the same time & effort paying what he owes Wallace and Hinz?

I could have just blocked him and relegated him to spam right away but Joe was so desperate to get through and he tried again & again. I documented what I needed and after that banished Joe to the never never land of spam and the trash bin without reading his repetitive bs. After this post, I knew Joe the loser would not stop clogging up spam and once again, the predictable joke that Joe is proved me right.

Joe thought he could drop some names and speak for others. He is so dumb. Joe assumes who I know and what I can verify. I did have a good laugh sharing his attempts with people who are actually respected, successful, have power and money. All that Joe wants but never achieved.

Court records don't lie. I don't really care what some loser with at least two failed business locations in Eureka and Arcata and also a failure in his personal life according to his court history thinks or believes or says. He can't even afford a lawyer. I hope Wallace and Hinz get their money.

When I responded to Joe, I didn't include the tea on him on Reddit because unlike court records, they are just anonymous claims. Joe, you were popular once, too bad it was due the posts on this blog. Instead of trying to intimidate, bully and threaten me Joe, pay Wallace & Hinz. Unlike you, they are respected by locals.

To Joe and anyone else it applies to in Humboldt.

1/19/24: In the Itria lawsuit, default filed for some defendants and settlement discussions have ceased. Readiness conference on 8/23; court trial on 8/26.
