Yesterday there was a motion to dismiss scheduled in convicted sex offender Henry Robert James lawsuit against Judge Timothy Canning. The first thing I noticed was that Judge Cannings' last name was misspelled. Then I checked the case. That error is mentioned in a filing.
The case was dismissed yesterday. If you are going to sue a judge, spell their name correctly, get a lawyer and have an actual case. You also need to show up in court for your own lawsuit.
