Convicted molestor Daniel Sanchez previously rejected the DA's offer of 55 years. Then he took a plea the day his trial was supposed to start for a stipulated term. So sentencing today and the time he will serve is no surprise. In my last post, I wrote about the time he has wasted. Besides being a perv, he is self absorbed with no respect for anyone's time.
This morning was no different. The 8:30 hearing this morning was continued to 2 p.m. Judge Kaleb Cockrum, Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm, Ms. Andrea Sullivan, DA Investigator Ryan Hill, Rio Dell Police Department Crystal Landry, Victim Witness Advocate all will have to come back in the afternoon and rearrange their schedules because Sanchez "wanted additional time." The sentencing was continued again at defense request to 11/3.
