I reported in July on Paris Ellen Hohstadt arrest for assault and a hate crime. I have been checking to see if the DA had filed charges for that arrest. No charges have been filed for that arrest or her October arrest. Last I checked was the morning of 10/27. The evening of 10/27, Hohstadt was released from jail per PC 4018.6

Yesterday, Eureka Police Department arrested Hohstadt for PC 211 robbery and PC 1203.2(a) probation violation, both these are charges for a new arrest. EPD also arrested Hohstadt on a bench warrant for a 2021 case for VC 23152(f) driving under the influence of drugs and VC 2800.4. felony reckless evading. She pleaded guilty and has a conviction in that case.
9/21: 2021 case was on for change of plea, but all charges dismissed with a Harvey reservation.
10/27: Arraigned on warrant in 2021 case, no new filing today on new charges. Hohstadt needed to serve 10 days in jail for previous sentence. She had 4 days of custody credits so with good conduct credits that would be 8 days. She was released from the jail in the evening on 10/27.
