This afternoon, there is a dismissal hearing scheduled in a personal injury lawsuit personal filed by Barbara Daniel vs Klair Management Enterprises, Inc. The case settled in July. On October 13, Daniels' attorney filed a declaration.
Klair is the former owner of McDonalds' Eureka location, a Rotarian and according to open corporates, the CEO and agent of Klair Management Enterprises, Inc.
I have included the declaration of Daniel's attorney, court minutes from the last hearing and a timeline of the case. Usually, there are more documents available in e court, including the complaint. It is very time consuming to check court records on the computer and more so, in person.
10/30: Dismissal continued to 12/29/23.
12/29: dismissal continued by court to 4/5/24 at request of Daniel's attorney.
