The case was settled and a dismissal was scheduled for 10/16.
On 10/16, the dismissal hearing in Esko Haynes Tolley, Matt Tolley, Monica Haynes vs City of Eureka, Does 1-50 was continued to 1/22/24. There was a petition hearing scheduled on 10/20/23 for approval of compromise or claim or action or proceeds of judgement for minor. I will add the 10/20 minutes when available, which could be days or weeks. When and if the case is dismissed, that update will be added to this post.
