Last time, it was the defense who filed a motion to continue alleged molestor Gary Landergen's hearing. The District Attorney's office is the one seeking a continuance today. The DA's office filed their motion on August 2.
Landergen is charged with 8 counts. Three alleged victims.
The continuance was granted. Preliminary hearing rescheduled to 11/15. Defense needs body camera footage.
