Is Boxell going to take this case to trial or resolve his case?

 


Joseph Boxell, one of the two suspects in the 4th of July incident, was held to answer to one count and special allegation after his preliminary hearing.  This morning, Boxell was arraigned on information on the same charges. 

Trial confirmation is on 11/16; jury trial on 11/28. Subpoenaed records provided to People.

His co-defendant, Dylan Olivas, resolved his case last month and was sentenced to probation for one year.

11/16: Trial confirmed. Time estimate is 2 weeks. Trial assignment on 11/23; jury trial on 11/28.

11/23: 11/28 date vacated. Trial Confirmation and motion hearing on 11/30.
