James Martin Pawlyk was arrested by HCSO on a bench warrant for PC 3455(a) violation of post release community supervision. A petition to revoke his PRCS for PC 3455 (a) was filed by probation on 10/14/22. Arraignment is on 10/19/22.

10/18: Arraignment was continued to 10/19 by court because Pawlyk refused to attend court.
10/19: Public Defender was appointed. PRCS hearing on 11/10.
11/10: PRCS hearing continued by defense because Pawlyk was in hospital. Deputy Public Defender Wade Orbelian declared doubt but Court would not declare doubt without Pawlyk present.
11/15: At hearing regarding status of defendant; Pawlyk refused to attend court. Declaration of doubt accepted by Judge. The 11/16 PRCS hearing date was vacated. Dr. Wilson's report due 12/12.
