On September 21, I was the first to report that Security National Properties had filed an application as the first step for a community housing project near Indianola cutoff.
On November 1, the Humboldt County Planning Department is recommending that the Board of Supervisors accept the SN Indianola LLC Local Coastal Plan Petition and Zone Reclassification Petition.
Watching the meeting would be the best way to get accurate information on this item. Read the first sentence of the second paragraph on page 3 of the staff report before jumping to conclusions for those of you who can only digest small bits of information. In fact, at least read the second paragraph if you must share an opinion without educating yourself on all the facts.
