Jesse Klair sold the Humboldt McDonald's franchises he operated. Jesse was an involved owner; I often saw him at the 4th street Eureka location. He gave back to the community. The change in ownership may explain why Eureka's 4th street location is open for pickup and Fortuna for dine-in.
The new owner is Jose and owns a few eateries.
