On September 12, Bronson Lewis, Jr and and his co-dendant Daniel Armendariz resolved their cases with guilty pleas. Lewis for 25 years to life for murder and Armendariz for total of 15 years for voluntary manslaughter.
The victim was Julius Tripp. Sentencing went through this morning. This stipulated plea was a "package deal".
Deputy District Attorney Trent Timm is the prosecutor. Mr. Russ Clanton is Lewis' attorney. Ms. Jennifer Dixon is Armendariz's attorney.
