Just 6 days after his last arrest by HCSO, Kiai Kickingbear Lincoln was arrested at2 a.m today by Hoopa Tribal Police for PC 243 (b) battery on a police or peace officer and PC 647 (f) public intoxication.
He isn't the only repeat offender on the daily jail.log arrested again in less than a week.
