Why is Jim Glover in charge of the Civil Grand Jury and Human Rights Commission?

 

Jim Glover is the Chair of the Humboldt County Human Rights Commission and the Foreperson for the Humboldt Civil Grand Jury. 

John Hardin brought this up in 2017. And, no one else since then thinks the same guy who is at the Courthouse a lot and chatting often with First District Supervisor Rex Bohn holds these two positions?

Google him. This is the same guy that defended the release of a grand jury report before the June 2022 election; something never done before. The release of the report was beneficial to Bohn, the Board of Supervisors, the Humboldt County Board of Supervisors and several others in the County who made it clear that former Auditor Controller Karen Paz Dominguez was a thorn in their side.
