People with offices in the courthouse also saw several papers being thrown from the window of the building facing 5th street. This is above the main entrance to the jail. One person described it as "hundreds of papers."
HCSO collected most of it. These three scraps remain. A couple of the pages look like they were ripped out a law book on subpoenas and motions. HCSO deputies cleaning up because some inmate had a fit after court?
I just sent this email to HCSO PIO Samantha Karges.
"Saw HCSO picking up papers on 5th street. Looked like someone threw them from the jail? I don't know if you can tell me anything."
I was told that the person who threw these papers threatened to throw more.
